Under the direction of The Centre for Diplomatic Advancement, The World Youth Forum (WYF) in Portugal brings together a great spectrum of worldwide activists, young leaders, attorneys, medical experts, and students. The young group CDA wants to advance world diplomacy and peace. It seeks to foster worldwide communication, understanding, and cooperation in order to create a more calm and rich future.
Professionals from all around the world will gather at ThE WYF 2024 to discuss current issues and provide recommendations on how to handle them intelligently by cross-border cooperation. It will help to build mutual trust between countries and support collective projects to solve problems that affect all people, regardless of origin or color. This youth summit aims to foster worldwide cooperation and help leaders grow personally. The forum offers motivating seminars, keynote presentations, chances for cultural immersion, and networking events to help the next generation of leaders grow.
Participants in WYF Portugal will acquire a better awareness of international diplomacy, conflict resolution, economic development, environmental protection, and human rights campaigning. To the candidates, the young forum will provide public speaking, negotiating, intercultural communication, and leadership development courses. Participants will return home having developed skills, a better awareness of the world, and a network of friends with like interests.
Three categories comprise the forum: fully financed, partially supported, and invitation only. Return plane travel, lodging, conference food, and forum items will all be covered under the completely sponsored category. Eligibility Criteria of the World Youth Forum 2024 in Portugal:
Applicants applying:
- Can be students, mid-career professionals, healthcare workers, lawyers, volunteers, and human rights activists.
- Must be between 18 and 50 years of age.
- Must have a strong commitment to community service and activism.
- Should have an interest in volunteerism, community service, international relations, diplomacy, or educational fields.
- Should have leadership potential and be able to collaborate and work in groups.
- Have to pay a nominal fee of $16.50 for all three categories
