ICYF Young Volunteers Camp 2025 in Turkey

ICYF Young Volunteers Camp

The 7th ICYF Young Volunteers Camp 2025 is a fully funded initiative organized by the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Türkiye. This year’s theme, “Psychosocial Wellbeing of Young Volunteers Facing Any Challenges,” focuses on empowering young leaders with psychosocial support skills to address humanitarian crises and natural disasters in OIC member states 146. The camp will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, with separate sessions for male and female participants to foster inclusive learning and teamwork.

The Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum, in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey, is organizing the ICYF Youth Camp 2025. The unique aspect of this sponsored volunteer opportunity in Antalya is that male and female volunteers participate on different days of activities. When it comes to handling these humanitarian crises and natural disasters, each group may identify its advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the procedures being used in this globally sponsored youth leadership volunteer camp are both theoretical and practical, and they involve seminars and simulation sessions.

By providing leadership training, collaboration skills, and disaster preparedness training, the ICYF Volunteering Camps empower young people. During humanitarian emergencies, young volunteers are essential in fostering community resilience, raising morale, and offering psychosocial assistance. Their creative, vivacious methods support emotional health and healing after a calamity.

Youth from the OIC area come together for the 2025 ICYF International Young Volunteers Camp, which emphasizes Islamic ideals of compassion and social responsibility. It focuses on enhancing the worldwide network of humanitarian aid initiatives and cultivating useful volunteering skills. Additionally, the camp promotes experience sharing, cross-cultural relationships, and helping local communities address humanitarian issues.
