This RISE Summer Internship for the year 2025 offers under graduate students from all around the globe the chance to have research experiences at some of the world’s top institutions in Germany. DAAD funded and fully financed the RISE program by the German Academic Exchange Service. Such a program becomes easily accessible and more attractive to passionate students to progress knowledge in the fields in the STEM: science, technology, engineering, and math.
In reality, these students work together with experienced scientists and researchers on research projects that are at the leading edges of breakthroughs in biology, chemistry, engineering, computer science, and physics. Therefore, this program does not only build the knowledge of the students in academics but helps them to acquire practical skills and a hands-on experience very valuable for future careers or further postgraduate studies.
RISE is most definitely one of the best programs in terms of fully funding the scholarship. Thus, all living costs, health insurance, and DAAD’s travel allowance during their internship will be provided. In this way, they can truly pursue research without any financial hang-ups. They also would have opportunities to explore Germany’s lively culture and rich history through organized cultural events and excursions.
Beyond the research work, the program offers opportunities for networking since participants are allowed to engage with professionals and like-minded fellows from other countries. Such exposure would really be excellent for students who would be working on international careers or collaborations.
