Rules and Regulations

1. The competition is open to participants of specific age groups (e.g., 15–30 years) or as defined by the organizer. Participants must be residents of Pakistan unless otherwise stated.
2. All submissions must be original and created solely by the participant. Plagiarism or reproductions of existing artwork will lead to disqualification.
3. The artwork must align with the given theme. Entries that deviate from the theme may be disqualified.
4. Participants must submit a photo or scan of the sketch using the online form provided. Participants must include their first and last name in the file name of their submission. Entries that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.
5. Specify whether the organizers have the right to use submitted sketches for promotional purposes and how artists will be credited.
6. By entering the contest, the artist agrees with the rules mentioned above and the decisions of the Selection Committee. Their decision shall be final and is not subject to appeal. The works entered in this contest must be free of any third-party rights. The Contest organizer shall not be liable in relation to any such third-party rights.
7. Registrations and submissions must be completed before the specified deadlines. Late entries will not be entertained.
8. Submissions containing offensive, inappropriate, or controversial content will be immediately disqualified.
